IPU do not provide reservations in EWS category. The reservation is divided into categories as delhi region and outside delhi region, after that it is based on institutions and then comes categories as SC, ST, Defence, PWD, OBC. You can visit the following link

Both are good colleges. You can choose a college depending upon your comfort. Comparing 2 colleges overall we Banasthali Vidyadeep is a better college than the other. Due to the availability of teaching staff is more on Banasthali. Other than that both college has good accreditations and feedback
