The cut off of IPU would be more than 95%ile for outside delhi candidates.

You have scored a little low but still you can apply for counselling.You might not get it in first few rounds but in subsequent rounds you'll get it.

It depends on which college you wish to take admission.Different colleges have different cut off.

If you have applied for counselling you must have got rank card based on which counselling will take place.

I think you should wait for IPU Counselling if you have no other choice or if you didnt get any desired college and wait till the spot round which happens after the 3 rounds of online counselling is over since no one knows what could be the cutoff for IPU Colleges through JEE Mains since it used to conduct IPUCET till the last year.

So in the end you should wait or go for other choice of college else take a drop

As you have stated that your rank in IPU CET 2019 in B.Sc Nursing is 2417 and you are a resident of Delhi with OBC reservation.  I would like to tell you that with your rank and obc reservation you can get admission in b.sc nursing.  Few of the college are Bhai Paramanand Institute of Business Studies,Meera Bai Institute of Technology.  But you can only get college in Delhi region in OBC category. So your options will be limited.  I hope this answered your query

As you have mentioned that your rank in jee mains is 150000 and that you are of general category, according to the previous cut off trends of both MAIT and MSIT I regret to inform you the chance of you securing a ECE seat in either of the colleges in not possible. However dont get disheartened and weigh your options properly by considering your perfomance in state entrance examinations

GNGNO= outside Delhi region 

I am feeling sad while telling you that there are very less chances of admission at this rank as previous year data have made us to conclude that your rank is much more the previous year cutoff of various colleges for bcom Hons program so here we are providing some results 

As per 2018 cutoff for bcom Hons  in IPU for general category

Min(34) - max (4526) 

In 2017 

Min rank (18) - rank (3256)

So with the above data we can conclude that there are very less chances ,though cutoff changes every year now it all depends upon your luck
