as per your  ipu cet rank you will get GGSIPU-guru gobindh singh indraprastha university in delhi as it a best college.The placement rate in our course is 50%. The average package offered is 3 LPA. Companies which came for recruitment have a good reputation in the market. But, preference is given to the students with a good curriculum vitae. The internship rate is also the same as placements.

Well, with this Rank yeah,There is a good possibilities for you get any good colleges in IP university,You just need to fill up the form Separetly for IP-LLB(Code 121),When Cuttoff of IP university will be out then,you may get admission depending upon Colleges,and their Cutoff for admission. All the best.
