As per last year cutoff rank records you are not eligible for IPU MBBS as IPU offers 85% inside Delhi quota and 15% outsiders quota.

Yes sir you will be unable to get seat in colleges affiliated by IP University for BBA in any round of counselling according to last year cutoffs(assuming that you are from General category of Delhi region as you have not specified here). 

You do stand chances of getting in private colleges by seeking admission under management quota but I don't have much information on that.

Heelo dude, your rank is decent but unfortunately this is not enough to land you in any reputed government college so my suggestion to to you is that start looking for some good private college as a backup plan. And also many college under IPU are not that great so plan accordingly.

Well, basing upon your rank in JEE MAINS, you may not get admission into Indraprastha University in a good branch. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high. You may also apply for other deemed universities and private colleges at the time of counseling.
