Hi Jeet,
As far as IPU is concerned, a fresh notification that is being displayed on the website shows that the counselling can start tentatively from 1st July 2019.
If you have already registered before for the admission then you are good to go.
I will just request you to wait for the counselling process to start from 1st July.
