You have a decent score and rank but this won't be enough to ensure a seat in IP university colleges. As per the last year closing rank of general category candidate in Delhi region, it was around 140- 4160 ranks and for outside Delhi general category candidate, it was around 34-950. Since you haev scored a decent rank but your domicile is outside Delhi so you have to wait for the second cutoff to be released as there is no continuos trend followed So in second cutoff you can get a rough  idea about the ranking and your rank can grab a seat In IPU
