Let me tell you with this Marks in Clat Almost there is no any chance to get seat in IPU,University Delhi.It's A Semi-Government College,and all the colleges under this are good one and for this your score should be around 100 then,only you will convert into IPU.Don't worry

The application number is the key using which counseling department can access your all details. So unless and until they don't inform you to submit the NEET scorecard, you don't have to submit it.
