Comparing your score and previous year cut off you can get govt medical seat in ipu in ST category if you have domicile for Delhi State since the cut off for previous year ST category of all ipu medical college was below 325.

Congrats on clearing you entrance exam.
The rank you have got in IPU CET can be considered as an average rank.But you can still get good to average colleges with this rank. However if you later feel like the colleges you are getting are not upto your exapectations only

Take admission in top 100 college of India. Your marks is good. So take admission in good branch and in good college. Don't take drop for next year. First try in some college
