The main campus of IPU doesnt not provide you with BTech course ,but BTech course is available in alot of colleges namely Guru tegh bahadur institute of technology,GB Pant government eng. college,Maharaja surajmal institute of technology ,Maharaja agrasen institute of technology etc.They all provide not just a good faculty

Since document verification is held after each successfull round. So if you freeze in round then at the time  you documents are verified or you will be call at last.

The spot counselling of IPU takes place after 3 rounds of conselling which gives its students the opportunity to get college of their choice till as much extend as possible ,so there are chances of getting an upgraded college.

After every round of allotment the candidate receives an option of freezing the seats alloted to him/ her, this means that the candidate does not require upgradation in the subsequent rounds of counselling. If the candidate does not freeze the alloted seat, he/she will be alloted the next higher

You need to pay academic fee to be eligible for second counselling, you just pay fees and dont freeze your seat. In the second list you can get yout preferred college.

Dear it depends on availability of seats that is in rounds of counseling only they can either upgrade college as per your choices after which it can't be changed and if some students withdraw the admission then they might notify on their website and for this you need to regularly
