Depends on your category whether you are from delhi or outside delhi. General or not.any other quota like defence or sikh minority.

If we assume you are a general with outside delhi you will not get any top college unless some miracle happens.

The admission for baslp course in ip university has been closed but you can try other universities like vinayaka university, bhartiya vidyapeeth etc.

To get under 100 rank, you must aim at least 380 in IPU-CET. 
Also, I know there is less chance in outside general category but if you get a good rank, but was unable to get CS in USIT, do try Spot round as there is much scope

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) conducted the IPU CET law 2018 for admissions to its law programmes. It doesn't excepts other exam's result for admission.
