Top colleges of IPU as MAIT,MSIT,USICT,BVP are great in placement if u join CS/IT in any of these colleges then tighten your belts you are going to get placed

But thing is you are getting placed in company who recruit in masses and CTC is 3.25lac/year

You could get BVP or MSIT but you might have to compromise with the branch.

As for admission procedure, participate in the IPU counselling and just see the list of documents.
