The maximum and minimum closing ranks are different for different categories. Its also also depend on whether you belong to Delhi region  or you are out of Delhi candidate.

no you will not get it they are very bad i got 300 rank but i will not get amity i m feeling very sad for the first time iam feeling bad about reservation because its too much 85% its disgusting and in 15% 8% is also reserved isse acha

I am sorry to say that the rank you have got  is a bit insufficient to get a seat in any colleges in IPU in CSE or IT branch. 

You can however try admission in sharda University or amity University with JEE marks

If you have your legal residential documents of NCR region then you may get good ipu colleges as there is a quota for delhites :)
