Nidhi your query is incomplete as you haven't mentioned in which exam under which category have you scored 2017 rank because, in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi admission is offered on the basis of the counselling which is based on the rank obtained in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University

the number of aspirants that appeared in ipu cet would definately be around 90,000 to 1,00,000 which is approximately same every year. 

 according to the last year cut off vivekanad institue of professional studies closes their rank on 1800 only. so on a comparison the previous year you have to score atleas 1200-1400 rank to get admission vips and if you are intrested in ip main university. than you have to score

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi does not offer 3 years law programme. It offers only 5 years BA LLb & BBA LLB & LLM (2 years) programme.
