The admit Card for IPU CET LLB has not been released yet. The examination will be conducted on May 19. The exam centre will be mentioned in the admit card
NEET cutoff marks for the MBBS and BDS seats change on a yearly basis depending on the number of students and how the students dealt with the question paper. However, 523 marks is a good score to get seats under the state quota. You can refer to the cutoff for

There are almost no chances for qualifying NEET with this score especially in UR category
There is no Automation Engineering in GGSIPU. If you want some similar course, then you can opt for Tool Engineering at DITE, Delhi.
Otherwise you can look for some other universities, if your only interest is Automation.
