The admission procedure to IPU is as follows.
The application forms of IPU are available online and should be submitted online only. While filling up the application form make sure to fill in all the details including personal details and academic qualification correctly. As far as 2018 admissions
There is an entrance test (IPUCET) which you need to clear if you wish to get seat in IPU. Also, the last date to apply for the same was 1st May.
