As per my opinion, you should go for IPUCET as it has more number of colleges so possibility of getting seat there is decent comparatively but I would suggest you to choose the one in which you are more interested and accordingly you can go ahead so decide well.

no Ipu does not provide 3year llb courses. it only deal with bba llb/ ba llb/ llm/phd courses. Actually being the first university providing 5year integrated proagramme their main focus is on the same and on research programmes.
