You can have chances as per your rank. But for more info you will have to check the merit/cutoff list published by them as the info for this course is not available easily.

Admission in IPU for B.Arch is based on NATA exam and so the NATA result is already declared.

Definitely, it's a good college. I'm telling because I Had actually gone through the campus and the environment is really good, placement record is decent, so many PhDs what not. It's the best college to opt. If you're very interested in you're respective branch taken, then it's fine
