The UPSEE cutoffs for 2020 has not been released yet. Although, according to previous year cuts offs for UPSEE was around 20%(minimum) to qualify under the SC category. Dear aspirant, you didn't mentioned for undergraduate or Post graduate courses.post graduate scholarship for mtech/gate qualified students.

The scholarship for qualified students will be for 2years without any further extension.

Scholarship-12,500 per month.

In any semester if the candidate scored below 60% then they will be paid only 1,500 scholarship.For that semester if the person reappear again and if they scored above 60% then he can get regular scholarship 12,500.

While coming to undergraduate courses if you belong to sc/st/obc/ews  you can apply for category scholarship,if you are ews category means if your family income is less than 1lakh you can apply to Up government.The scholarship is offered by up govt to students scholarship amount will be maximum approximately around 50,000 INR.

Well dear,The rank that will get considered depends upon whether you have the domicile of that particular area or Not,If you are applying in Bihar with the domicile of Bihar and you come under OBC,then if will be taken as OBC,but if you belong to other states then you will be counted as general or will be ranked according to CRL.

Also,If you category certificate is issued by the central government then only you will be assigned seats according to your category ,every where you apply,but,let's say if the certificate is issued by the Bihar Government,then it will only be valid in Bihar to take admission as OBC.

Congratulations for getting such pretty rank in JEE mains 2020. As per your question I am giving below the cut off ranks for last some years for all the three colleges, related links and your chances too.

1) NIT Agartala - for chemical engineering the cut off for EWS category in 2019 is 5009 and for open category it is nearly 38000. Also for the last some years such as 2018,2017 and so on for general category cut off is nearly between 35000 to 40000. So you have very less chances of getting admission here but as cut offs changes year to year you may try it.Go with below for more deails.

2) NIT Shrinagar - According to last some years cut offs the range of closing rank is between 40000 to 50000 for general but it may increase some times also so you have more chances here of getting admission than that of NIT Agartala. As per Guidelines for Admission to various B.Tech. Programs at HBTU, Kanpur for session 2020-21 , the application process is not yet started.

# Admissions will be made on basis of merit of JEE (Main)-2020.

Detailed guidelines related to admission will be available on University website, Tentatively from the fourth week of September, 2020.

You are advised to visit the official website of HBTU regularly for further update.

If you choose college for good campusing and placement HBTU Kanpur will be best, but UIET is not worst college. But if you choose college as per low fees. UIET will be good option.

Dear student, with this much ews rank you can try nit srinagar of you belong to home state. Otherwise you do not have any chance in nits or iiits with ews category also. You can try your luck at CSAB round. Also sit in jossa counseling.

At hbtu kanpur ( formerly known as hbti Kanpur) with this much ews rank you can easily get seats of your choice on basis of your jee mains score.

Eg: if you want cse branch in hbti kanpur then the cse cut off for 2019 is :-

Round 1

Opening rank - 13759 and closing rank - 15690.

Round 2

Opening rank - 20851 and closing rank - 22741

So you can easily get seat in cse branch in second round counseling of hbti Kanpur in this year also.
