When compared to ECE, CSE is in bit high. And if you're having good knowledge in any 2 programming languages thenany branch is good. IF you're interested in electronics like chips, communications etc.., Then you can go with ECE.

Getting admission in any particular branch in a particular will depend upon the cut off list, however, a rank between 10k to 20k in JEE Main can be considered safe but then again it can not be predicted so keep working hard.
