Students who wish to register for counselling must select their choice through UPSEE Portal. UPSEE results might be released during mid-October, after which counselling begins. As per your JEE Main rank which is 65000 you can get admission in HBTI Kanpur but you'll have to compromise with the department, you won't be able to get CSE or IT since the closing rank was 31889 and 37098 CRL respectively for OBC category. Based on your rank you'll be able to get departments like biochemical, Food technology, leather technology im HBTI Kanpur. These analysis are based on last year's cut-off, but Cutoffs vary every year based on different factors. If you are totally placement oriented than this college is good for you. Here average package is around  7-8 lpa top companies recruiter are Amazon , yatra, flipcart , infosys, samsung, jio etc ..placement is good .

But courses curriculam is outdated not been changed since 7 to 8 years . And staff their is busy in the administration  work

Infrastructure is also not well developed..

Congratulations for getting good rank in JEE mains 2020. According to the last some years cut offs the chances of getting admission in HBTI Kanpur with this rank is very less. In soft branches such as CSE,IT.ECE it is impossible to get admission there. Also for hard core branches such as civil and mechanical  the cut are very high.

The considered exam for Undergraduate couses admission is JEE mains cutoff. And postgraduate courses considered exam is Gate.

It has two types of scholarships one is for  for Postgraduate candidates and other scholarship is for undergraduate students.

Your need is for Cse means about undergraduate scholarship :-It is a tuition fee waiver scheme.As per AiCTE tuition fee waiver schemes are for Economically weaker section EWS category students.

EWS category means the student whose family annual income is less than 8 lakhs per annum.The candidates whose family income is less than 2 lakhs per annum they will be eligible for tuition fee waiver scheme.

The Candidate who filled the form as EWS category must submit the EWS certificate issued by thasildhar or state bodies.

For such candidates there is no tuition fee will be charged from candidates.The maximum number of fee waiver seats are 5%.The scholarship will be issued by state government uttarpradesh.
