Haryana
Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .
Maharaja Agrasen Medical College ,Agroha,Hisar is a semi-government college in Hisar,Haryana .
As per NEET 2020 cutoffs it doesn't seem possible that you'll be able to get a seat in the college with an AIR of 38.5K despite having EWS category.
For EWS category ,in 2020 the cutoff score for the college was 614 and a closing AIR of about 15K .
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category by the link given below :

Earlier as per protocols of PCI, Open school-qualified learners are not competent for receiving admission in Pharmacy courses.
Now suitability norm is an aspirant who has qualified 12th class or equivalent supervised by central or state govt. from acknowledged institutions with English as a mandatory subject with PCB or PCM.
Your board is identified by the state govt. Hence, you are suitable for the above-mentioned course.
I hope it helps. Thank you.

Hi
With 13276 rank GEN-EWS Category you may have slight chances in NIT Kurukshetra as the closing ranks for some branches such as Mechanical Engineering was 12905 for Female-Only seats. However, you have high chances in GFTIs, you need to decide which GFTI will suit you and your interest best. Make a comparison for two shortlisted GFTIs according to you based on their placements and general reputation. You can also post a question for the same.
You can use our College Predictor tool for JEE Mains to help you in finding college and branch of your choice based on your merits in the exam.
Hello Aspirant! With this rank, you have less chances of getting a good NIT with CSE or IT or ECE. These are higher branches, getting a lower branch like Civil or Mechanical is also difficult. Getting IIIT is possible but lower one's. You can also wait for the CSAB round to get a good NIT with a lower branch which you can change after first year by the rules and regulations of the college. If your home state is Haryana, then you should definitely apply for JAC Delhi as you've higher chances of getting a good college like DTU or IIIT Delhi with your home state rank in the third or fourth round of counselling. You may get ECE or IT in the fifth or further rounds conducted by JAC Delhi. However, the cutoff for this year may vary.
