Direct admission in 12th standard is not provided to student. Admission to 12th standard will be provided to students only if he/she fulfill given eligibility criteria:
Candidates have completed their 11th standard.
Candidates have given examination of 11th standard from the school.
Candidates will also need transfer certificate

It depends on in which subject you want to take admission. You won't be able to take admission in B.Sc. Chemistry but you can get admission in honours courses in other subjects. Check the websites of different universities and colleges and check their criterias for admission.

No now it cannot be corrected because you could have changed the course name during correction window of CUET UG 2022 but now even the correction window has also been closed. As far as name of colleges are concerned, it does not matter whatever universities you have selected

Apart from just passing the 12th standard in order to be eligible for admission into B.Sc nursing in government or private college, candidates need to go through National Level Examination (NEET) 2022.

Yes, you can persue 12 class again with different subjects and stream but for this you have to repeat your 11 class also with same subject you want to study in 12 class. And during those two years you can't pursue any undergraduate degree with your previous 12 class
