IES's Management College and Research Centre, Mumbai
Hello aspirant,
Okay, highest package offered within college is 25 lpa. But college and students are not good enough to grab that chance.
For placed students, Hashgen provided 7 Lpa and that's highest recorded till date. Well few other students have got packages like 6–6.5 also. But that's a few.
The average package is 3 to 3.5 .
Well, trust me. Do yourself a favour, get some skills and apply outside campus. You'll get a lot better than what you expect in a college. However, if you are not so good, you'll still be placed.
Good luck with your future.

Hello Bablu.
GPA in BTech is either for higher studies like M.Tech or for join a company.
For placements, GPA is required for a eligiblity to appear for the interview. So if your GPA is less then you won't be allowed to appear for the interview no matter how good your GATE Score is. But if you are eligible for the interview, i.e. if your GPA is more than the minimum required criteria for appearing for the interview, then your GPA will not much mattered by the interviewers. The matter of GPA after being eligible for the interview depends on the company and interviewer.
I hope it helps you.
Hello Aradhana,
Well, for IES job you may opt Mechanical or Civil as best branch under B.tech.
The candidates from this background makes it somewhat easy for themselves to crack the UPSC conducting IES Exam and get selected in the finer jobs.
The salary of the candidate may vary from Rs 16,500/- to Rs 80,000 per month, after getting job under any zone.
So, make your firm mind over taking one of these branches and going for IES. Because there is no or less scope in both of these branches other than getting a IES job.
Make your decisions wisely.
Thank you.
