You can opt for Biotechnology as PCB is must for Biotechnology. The eligbility criteria will be minimum 60% in 10+2 with PCB and appropriate marks in qualifying exam i.e, UPSEE or JEE Mains. The cut off rank for Biotechnology in IMS as per category of the student is around:
*General- 2099
*Schedule Caste- 6330
*Schedule Tribe- 6177
*Other Backward Class- 3596
*General Armed Forces- 2545

As per the research IMS Engineering college and ABES Engineering college both are good IMS College has a record of 80% placements with an average package of 3.6 lacs. ABES College offers an average package of 3.5 lacs er annum.

the seat allotment for ims Ghaziabad is done on the basis of UPSEE or on the basis of management quota . the board percentage isn't the exclusive criteria .as the minimum eligibility criteria to appear in UPSEE is 45% so yes you are eligible for CSE in IMS but you need to appear in UPSEE or secure a seat through management quota.
