the eligibility criteria not only depends on the JEE MAINS marks but also the intermediate board marks . the minimum for the reserved category is 60% . if thats your percentage then you are eligible .all the best for your future.

Yes you are right cut off trend refers to JEE advanced. Once you clear cut off in JEE mains you will be eligible to sit in JEE advanced.
