Yes you may get admission in plenty of colleges provided there are vacant seats. CSAB counselling would begin and I would request you to apply for CSAB counselling immediately if you haven't. There is a high chance every year to get seats in colleges like NIT Agartala, NIT Jalandhar, Assam University Silchar, etc in some lower branches like Instrumentation, etc. Hope this helps!

With this rank it will be difficult for you to get IIIT Bhopal although you can try in the special round of counselling as there you might have a chance of getting a seat there depending on the availability of seats and the number of candidates who have filled it as their choice. Hope this helps.

As per the official website notification for students getting admitted through JoSAA, you have to submit the remaining academic fees at your allotted institute which in your case is IIIT Trichy. This fees will be apart from the 35000 already paid as seat acceptance fees and that fee will be adjusted in the tuition fees. If you don't want to further participate in the special rounds, you can also get hostel by paying the hostel fee at the time of reporting + admission.

See, the IIIT take admission on the basis of JOSAA counselling. JoSAA gives you the facility to get your documents verified at any of the centers as per your convenience, these centers are otherwise called Reporting Centre or RC. These centers verify your document and ensure your eligibility for admission. After the reporting and verification, if you have frozen your choice and want to go for admission, Reporting Centres give you a seat acceptance cum verification letter. This is the very document which is mentioned as RC Letter in some of the college Websites.

I hope I cleared your doubt. 

PS: the letter downloaded from JoSAA site is the latest seat allotment letter and is not same as seat acceptance letter.

                           Sine your rank is pretty and very much close to the cut off rank you do have a good chance of getting the seat in the special round. Usually, the difference between special round closing rank and round 7 closing rank is very large. So you can get it most probably. So please try for it.

IIIT bhopal is newly stabilised college but it has a good mentor NIT bhopal. The syllabus of IIIT bhopal is better then NIT ones . This year IIIT bhopal has also been part with Techno search [its a tech fest of NIT bhopal]…for which IIIT student did not had to pay. Sports facility is shared with NIT.There is no ragging scene in IIIT bhopal. Senior are helpful and cheerin. College is very concerned about the academics. Total fee for B.tech is 5,33,500 (4 years).

                    There are chances for you to get into NIT or IIIT through special rounds. I prefer you to try for the ones in your home state as the home state quota helps largely. Since you have both girls and OBC quota you do have a good chance. All the best!!!

First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance that you deserve both of the nice college and I would like to tell you that if you look for college then it's NIT jamshedpur but if you are looking for most preferred branch then it's computer science engineering. So if you are interested in metallurgy then NIT jamshedpur is better otherwise iiit ranchi is not bad.
