Last year , there were total 461 seats left after the seventh round of JOSAA counselling , most of them were for reserved candidates. And most of the seats were left vacant in north eastern part of india.

Yes, you are eligible to participate in CSAB special round but I'll suggest you to fill your choices carefully as once selected in CSAB special round you have to leave your seat in IIIT Bhubaneshwar and if not then you can continue your studies in IIIT Bhubaneshwar.

Firstly, whatever you pay in these Special and Spot Rounds, you will not get the money back. There is option to refund the fees. 

CSAB fees for an SC Candidate is Rs. Rs.16,500.
