i think you may have little confusion . the jee advanced admit cards are released now so you cannot change anything .further te category you have mentioned in your jee mains will remains same for your advanced and you cannot change it . however you will be considered as a general candidate if you unable to submit your certificate at the time of the counselling .checkout faqs on jee advanced

Civil in nit roukela is better option in compare with iiit bhubaneswar.

Nit roukela have a very good ranking and placed much higher than iiit bhubaneswar.

Talking about placement than nit roukela is still better than iiit bhubaneswar.  Average salary package offer in nit roukela is 6.50 and top recruiters are L&T ,tata..

I am afraid to say that, with 72991 CRL Rank in JEE Mains, it will be difficult to get admission in IIIT Bhubaneshwar in any of the branches despite Odisha State Quota. Based on previous years' trend, maximum till 55000 rank, you may get a seat.
