Hi Jogen, I feel School of Planning and architecture Delhi will be a tough call with that percentile keeping you on the borderline but I suggest you still participate in the counselling sessions as the number of candidates applying changes every year.
Coming to Jamia Milia Islamia, as per previous
Last year it was too low because course was just introduced in JMI. But this year it will be high maybe 60%.

As you have not mentioned the category you belong to, it is very difficult to predict your chances for the Jamia Milia Islamia college. There is a quota for Muslims, Muslim OBCs, Kashmiri Migrants, etc.
