It is unfortunate that nobody can tell you whether you will get in or not unless the list gets online. For confirmation regarding marks as a criteria, you can call up the admissions department as i did to confirm.

Since Cut-off for Jamia Millia Islamia has not been declared yet, According to previous year rank cut-off, You might not be able to get CSE there with a rank of 72100. However, you can get civil engineering during spot list.
