The Cut off marks is not definite for Jamia Millia Islamia. Every year it will depend on the no.of students applying for the course. 

Last year the NEET cut off Ranking for general category was 11093 and cutoff marks was 484 and percentile was 98.470644.

Based on your AIR, you will not be able to get any branch in JMI, Delhi because you need an AIR below 1,00,000.

But, based on your Muslim OBC rank i.e. 46,000, you can definitely get a branch in JMI, Delhi.
