So as per my opinion if you don't have major problems, then it would be better to start with English medium so that you can access multiple career opportunities ahead.

Hello,
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well. No, there's no need to write in any other examination apart from NEET in order to participate in the Counselling post NEET be it state quota or All India Quota.
All you need to do is qualify the exam atleast by scoring the prescribed qualifying cutoff by the National Testing Agency (NTA),the official body responsible for conducting NEET ,that year . And in order to get a seat in your desired college you need to clear the cutoff for your category in that college .
The Counselling process has various parts like online registration, online fee payment, choice filling of colleges ,choice locking , announcement of alotment results and physical reporting of the allotted candidates to the colleges for document verification by the college authorities.
Further ,
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :
You can have a better idea of the expected cutoffs by viewing the past year qualifying cutoffs through the link below:
