I have studied 5th class to 12th class (CBSE BOARD) in bangalore. 1. I studied in CBSE Board in Bangalore Karnataka. Does my BOARD make any difference my local status 2. I studied Kannada as a language only in academic year in class 5th. So I still have to write Kannada eligiblity test for KCET.

With your rank and category the chances of you getting a seat in All India Quota are slim.In the Karnataka state cpounselling too the chances of getting a government college for both MBBS and BDS are less. However you may get a seat in Ayush Counselling in Sri Kalidasa

The domicile certificate is of the State from which you passed your 12th Boards. Since it was Karnataka, you will be able to avail the State quota seats (85% reservation) for the state of Karnataka, even if your mother tongue isn't Kannada. The other 15% of the seats
