Hello student. The mark of 2500 is really good one to fetch you a veternary seat. Apart from that, the category you have mentioned is ST which means a good reservation exists with agricultural quota. So, there are pretty higher chances for you to get the veternary seat since the mark is really good too.
Hello student. 21k is a pretty goiod rank to get pharma d in a couple of colleges. That too with the reservation, you will definitely get through. Some of the better colleges are:

You haven't mentioned whether you have uploaded your 12th marks or not. Because uploading your 12th marks is important for the Rank to be displayed. There are 3 reasons why a rank might not have been assigned in KCET:

It depends upon various factors like the reservation category you have or the native place you belong to i.e Whether Karnataka or Hyd/Kar.
If you have 1A,1K or 1R then you can't get any college but under 2BR category you can get Veterinary College Shimoga.
For B.Sc agriculture you can get these colleges

Sorry to dishearten you but certainly it's not good and if you belong to any of these categories, 1A, 1K, 1R then it is poor. You cannot get any good or even a above average college with this rank even under SCG, SCK or SCR quota.

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA)- KCET has not released the cut off yet for Bsc Agriculture , BNYS and Veterinary yet. The results were declared on 20th august and the cut off will be released soon.
