Harshitha, You should ideally be receiving your Application number/User Id at the Inbox of the Registered Email Id or Mobile Number. Please do check your Inbox if you have it there. In case you do not have it there, please reach out to the helpdesk at: keauthority-ka@nic.in from your registered email id, They ususally respond within 24-48 hours.

Please check the Inbox of the Registered email Id and Messages to check if you have stored any communication mail from KEA when you initially registered. If you do not find it there, please reach out to the helpdesk at: keauthority-ka@nic.in . You need to mail them from your registered email id. They usually take 24-48 hours to respond to any mails. So mail them right away. If you have mailed them today, they will respond within 2-3 days. So you might have to wait to hear from them.
