Hey Chandana,
Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) hasn't released the official cut-off ranks for the Bachelors in Naturopathy and Yoga System (BNYS) courses in Karnataka till now. So we have to follow the previous year's (2019) details to make any decision regarding the admission procedure in any top BNYS instituion.
So after analysing 2019's informations it's obvious that you've definite probability in the following two instituions as per your rank and category:
However I can also recommend you to go through the following website prominently to gain a vivid perception regarding this:

Hello Aspirant,
The last date of entering the score of NATA and JEE is 1st October 2020.
You may put both the scores, since any score could be of your use. Candidates who are shortlisted based on the merit or rank list participate in the KCET counselling process and after that, they are allocated seats in various B.Arch colleges in Karnataka state.
For more information , details and updates you can view the official website of the kcet .
Hey aspirant,
As per previous years' KCET cutoff for veterinary science courses, it seems difficult to get a seat, unless you are entitled to reservation under agriculturist quota. For that, you will have to write a 200 marks practical test conducted by KVAFSU (Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Science University), Bidar.
However, if interested, I would suggest you to apply for other agriculture and farm sciences courses, for which you may have a chance.
