Hello student. 13,999 is a good rank. And there is a reservation in category you mentioned (4 percent reservation), you have good chances to get a seat. Since the competetion is going higher, I suggest you to apply for other colleges too to be on the safer side. If there is any state quota then your chances might improve.

Hello student. 33,363 rank is a bit high. But since there is a reservation in category you mentioned, you might have chances to get a seat. Since the competetion is going higher, I suggest you to apply for other colleges too to be on the safer side. If there is any state quota then your chances might improve.
You haven''t mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, there are 5 Veterinary Colleges in Karnataka that participate in KCET Counselling. In 2019, a rank of 3748 secured a seat in Veterinary College under OBC Category. The cut off for SC Category was 3292 and 699 was for General Merit. Now this is 2019 cut off data and cut offs change every year. With a rank of 33693, it is tad difficult for a seat in Veterinary Sciences. With limited no.of seats being available, the cut offs are usually higher.
