Hello Aspirant,
BAMS is a bachelor's level degree program in Ayurveda in which a student who has completed his 10+2 with PCB combination of subjects can apply.
Sanskrit is educated in the early year of B.A.M.S, as a distinct subject. But the education does not happen in the Sanskrit language. Students from any region of our country can study in these colleges.
Abundant of the teaching occurs in English / Hindi and a relatively minor portion is educated in Sanskrit. But you need to have basic knowledge of this language, as you have to understand and memorize many shlokas. These shlokas will have English translations also.
Kerala is famous for this domain of subject.
In Kerala, many promising Ayurveda or BAMS colleges with decent faculty and infrastructure are also present. These are the popular institutes you can refer to for
There are four Government Ayurveda Colleges located in Kollam, Ernakulam, Kannur, and Thiruvananthapuram respectively.
Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College, Palakkad
Santhigiri College in Palakkad is good too.
I hope it helps.
Thank you

Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . See,as per previous years' trends ,getting a government medical with a score of 234 isn't possible given that your son belongs to general category. For general category ,one atleast needs to score 615+ in NEET in order to safely secure a government medical seat.
However you can try for management quota seats of the open states or some deemed University seats . Also , to get admission into a BAMS college be it government or private,he needs to participate in the state quota counselling of Kerela .With a score of 234, getting a government BAMS seat also isn't possible ,he'll have to opt for private seats only . A score of atleast 550+ was required in order to fetch a government BAMS seat .

Hello,
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
It would have been helpful for us to help you with college details had you mentioned your All India Rank and marks you have scored in NEET examination. Because the data for previous year star counseling is based on All India Rank of Student.

Your question seems incomplete and very vague, nothing can be deciphered from your question.
You seem to have posted your query regarding All India Rank and state rank but haven't furnished complete details in your query which makes it difficult for us to reply accordingly.
So it would have been helpful for us to answer had you mentioned details thoroughly.
Kindly, provide complete details in your query from now onwards to get exact answers for your query.
As per your query, let me tell you that being from obc muslim category you would surely get the benefit from that. However there are other things that needs to be considered.
Various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Dear applicant when it comes to a minimum marks criteria, it varies every year considering the number of students appeared, the level of difficulty of the exam etc. But as a general criteria, for BAMS courses marks requirement remains somewhat low, around 350-400 whereas for MBBS it it's more than 580 and for BDS Institute it remains in the middle range. For other categories the marks requirement reduces but this is totally a tentative analysis based on past few years cut-off records.
Good luck!!
A total of 1,16,010 students had registered for the examination from the State and the centers reported only few absentees. The number of registered students increased marginally from last year's count of 1,15,959.
