No, there is no fixed number.
Anyone who clear KVPY, will receive scholarship from 1st year onwards of his/her graduation. The KVPY scholars receive Rs. 5000 monthly scholarship from 1st to 3rd year of BSc/ BStat/ BS/ BMaths/ Integrated M.S./MSc and an annual contingency grant of Rs.20,000.
