Take up Company Secretary after 12th. It is a 3 year module based course and it will give you the best platform for entering the world of corporate laws in India.Along. with this persue a degree in law after completing a bachelor degree in any discipline.
A legal Advisor need to earn this bachlbac degree in any discipline and then earn a bachelor degree in law along with an approval and certificate from the Bar Council of India.
An internship under a lawyer for atleast a year.
The AVG salary of a legal advisor is around four lakhs per annum.

Public Prosecutors and Legal advisors are different. Public prosectors are the lawyers who conduct the case on the behalf of the government. They represent the state in cases of a criminal trial.
Whereas Legal advisors are not the same as public prosecutors. They can be appointed by private companies, MNCs, firms, organisations, government organisations or departments for the purpose of advising or representing on various legal matters.
You do not need to be a public prosecutor in order to be selected/ employed as a legal advisor. Different organisations have different criteria for selection which maybe specialisation in an area of law or some minimum years of practice etc depending on the job profile.

After Bcom LLB there are many job oppurtunities you can work as lawyer, legal advisor, advocate general, law officer ,solictor, magistrate , district/session judge and so on .
