Hi Abhilash, Yes it is true. Normally JBIMS gives seats to other state aspirants only very few and only if the Maharashtra domicile students are given admission. This year even Cat percentiles of around 99+ percentile have not received a call yet from JBIMS. So most probably according to the reports, JBIMS is almost for Maharashtra domicile aspirants
Dear Goel, we do not know what you meant by the level. If you meant by the difficulty of the exam, it depends on the subjects you are well versed with. Hence giving you the exam pattern. MAHCET is a computer-based test of 150 minutes and has 200 questions. The question paper is divided into four sections, namely, Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal ability/Reading Comprehension. There are five answer options for each objective type question, and the candidates will need to select the correct answer option from the given choices. Out of the 200 questions, 75 questions are from the Logical Reasoning section followed by Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension sections which carry the equal number of questions, which is 50. Minimum weightage is given to the Abstract Reasoning section which carries 25 questions only. +1 for each correct answer and no negative marking.
