Yes you can. You just need to fulfill this two conditions:
Applicants applying for the MAH CET 2019 need to be a graduate or have acquired an equivalent degree from a recognised university.
General category candidates must have obtained 50 per cent marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA and reserved category candidates must obtain 45 per cent in their undergraduate studies.

Are you asking for three year law programme? If yes then CLAT is the national level exam for five years integrated law programme, It is not for three year law programme. MH CET Law is the state level exam conducted for five years & three years law programme.
