Your score is good.This year 70% and 30%  quota rule is scrapped and the admission to the seats will be given on the basis of the NEET exam.Previous years seats were divided into regional quota but this year i don't know how will it affect the total seats

With 90 percentile in JEE Mains, your rank in the JEE Mains common rank list would be more than 80000. Even your OBC category rank would be high. With such a rank, you won't be able to get a seat in the top NITs IIITs and GFTIs.

In 2019, the cut off for General Category/EWS was 134-701. This is 50 percentile of the top NEET score. Now cut offs change every year but with a score of 100 you cannot qualify in NEET and so cannot take admission in MBBS/BDS/BAMS either anywhere in India or even abroad

To be eligible for OBC reservation at All India Counselling, the Community you belong to should also be listed in Central OBC list. You can check that at: http://ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx . If it is not listed under the Central OBC list, you might not be qualified for OBC reservation.
