As you haven't mentioned your category So I'm assuming you as a general category student.

Now, according to your score you have low chances of getting government medical college (in general category) even using your state quota. But you might get some good govt. Dental college in your state.So you can opt. for BDS instead of MBBS(only if you are interested) otherwise you should try in private MBBS colleges.

At this marks you can get a government college at 460 marks in neet only if you are from OBC , SC / St or other reserved caste . If you are from open category.i.e general than it's kind of hard to get government college . But as much as I know shaikh surname doesn't belong to open . So there are chances .
