I'm afraid to say that your prospects of being admitted to well-known government universities like NITs are almost nonexistent based on patterns and cutoffs from prior years' colleges like NITs and IITs. As you secured 56 percentile in jee mains let me tell you that if you are from general category then it is impossible for you to get colleges through jee mains in Maharashtra.
