hey...I from maharashtra...2yrs ago I made huge mistake in choosing coaching for neet preparation...my college is didnt even clear my all basics and concepts althoughI get 98% in 10th ...I preparing for neet 2022...due to this my confidence level is so down...should I take drop ?

Kajal Pandey 6th Jul, 2022
Hey Aspirant
Taking a drop for your dream branch / career is always worth. If you only want to see yourself as a doctor and nothing else .

As you are somewhat prepared for the exam I would you to appear in NEET UG 2022 EXAM give your best shot , if you score less you know your weak points , you will get exposure of the exam pattern, time management. And this decide to take drop for one year.

Ask yourself what stopped you from scoring well in your previous attempts.Be honest to yourself .And this start preparing with all determination .
You have to work with more power than before and in consistent way.

Also self study is the key , coaching classes only direct you and give you a direction to study.

Some tips for neet UG preparation,
Give NTA mock tests , give 1test per day but do not forget to review the answers and note the mistakes you did in that test.
Practising previous year questions ,
Reading NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard line by line ,
practicing daily Mcqs,
Revise Formulas of physics
Revise named reactions of chemistry
Doing all this will help you secure a very good rank .
Make a notebook and add the extra points which you found new. Work on your weak points.
Revise it Daily .
Study for atleast 6-7hours per day with focus and concentration .

After all this Spend some time with your family and/or go for a walk.
Wishing you all the very best .

I am expecting 310 marks in NEET Ug 2022 . I want a confirmed MBBS seat in Maharashtra / Karnataka/ Jammu and Kashmir. I have domicile of Maharashtra and Jammu and Kashmir. What all colleges in order of preference should I fill so that I finally get a seat

Aditya 15th Aug, 2022

Hello Sanjay,

At your Marks of 310 out of 720, chances to get any MBBS Seat in Government Medical Colleges across India are less . It would be better if start looking for these options :-

  1. Take a year Drop and start preparing for NEET 2023.
  2. Go to Private Medical Colleges.
  3. Abroad Medical Colleges of other countries like China, Nepal, Canada, Australia, etc.

The above answer is made in favour of General/Open Category. Since you have not mentioned your Category in the question, you may get MBBS Seat in any Government Medical Colleges if you belong to OBC/SC/ST.

Coming to point of Domicile, you have can be Domicile of any 1 State across India. For that you have to make Domicile Certificate from Government Office. To make Domicile Certificate, you have to give your both 10th and 12th from the same state and must be residing in the same place for more than 8 - 10 years. So, you may either belong to Maharashtra or Jammu and Kashmir and not both.

Order of preference for Private MBBS Medical Colleges are :-

  1. DR. DY PATIL Medical College - Maharashtra
  2. MGIMS - Maharashtra
  3. MIMER - Maharashtra
  4. KJ SOMAIYA - Maharashtra
  5. KMC - Karnataka
  6. JSS Medical College and Hospital - Karnataka
  7. Ramaiah Medical College - Karnataka

What is cut off of neet for bpt in maharashtra gmc

ekharprachi18 6th Jul, 2022

Hello Aspirant.

There are four government physiotherapy colleges in Maharashtra. Cut off for Physiotherapy course varies each year. Last year the cutoff for Nagpur GMC BPTh was 500 for UR category. For other categories the cut off mark is bit lower than this. A score of 500+ would get you in a government BPTh college.

Hope the answer helped.

I have cast certificate of karnataka it will applicable in maharashtra Or not for take admission in cs course?

Aditya 14th Aug, 2022

Hello Laxman,

Caste Certificate issued by any State is valid all over India with some conditions . So, if you have made a Valid Caste Certificate from Karnataka, it will be Valid throughout India.

The conditions I was talking about are :-

  1. You must have Caste Validity Certificate issued by Government Authority.
  2. If you're OBC, Creamy Layer and Non Creamy Layer certificate is different. So, make that wisely.

So, if you fulfill this conditions then only you can give your Caste Certificate in Maharashtra State Counselling procedures. And then only you'll get your admission in the college under Reserved Quota.

Hope this helps. All the Best.

Thank You.

bsc nursing cut off Maharashtra

ekharprachi18 7th Jul, 2022
B.Sc Nursing is a four year course that prepares a person for Nursing and similar career opportunities.
You have to appear for the NEET exam to get admission into the same.
The cut off for nursing differs each year based on the difficulty level of the papers and other factors.
A score of 480 above is considered to be on the safer side to get admission into the course. For UR category this could range higher.
