Coming to point of Domicile, you have can be Domicile of any 1 State across India. For that you have to make Domicile Certificate from Government Office. To make Domicile Certificate, you have to give your both 10th and 12th from the same state and must be residing in the same place for more than 8 - 10 years. So, you may either belong to Maharashtra or Jammu and Kashmir and not both.

There are four government physiotherapy colleges in Maharashtra. Cut off for Physiotherapy course varies each year. Last year the cutoff for Nagpur GMC BPTh was 500 for UR category. For other categories the cut off mark is bit lower than this. A score of 500+ would get you in a government BPTh college.

Caste Certificate issued by any State is valid all over India with some conditions . So, if you have made a Valid Caste Certificate from Karnataka, it will be Valid throughout India.
The conditions I was talking about are :-
So, if you fulfill this conditions then only you can give your Caste Certificate in Maharashtra State Counselling procedures. And then only you'll get your admission in the college under Reserved Quota.
