However, you do not get any kind of reservation, you will only be considered under all India category. And so you won't be eligible for government and as well as government aided colleges as well.

You can get admission into engineering colleges for engineering without appearing for JEE Mains and MHT-CET. With this you won't be able to get admission in to government engineering colleges. You will only be able to get admission into private engineering colleges in Maharashta. These engineering colleges conduct there own entrance exams which are very easy as compared to JEE Mains and CET. You can easily prepare for them from your boards preparation.

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that you should take Private BAMS College in Pune through state quota in Maharashtra. You can also take admission in Deemed Universities of maharashtra but taking admission in those universities would cost you 3-4 times more of the usual fees. So, I would recommend you to go for the Private college through State quota.

If you want to be eligible for state quota of Karnataka for government seats then you should satisfy domicile conditions of Karnataka which are enlisted below for MBBS admission :-

No Jharkhand is not an open state just like Maharashtra, other state candidates cannot take part in Jharkhand state counselling for medical colleges, this is because just like Maharashtra, Jharkhand is also not an open state. If you are seeking admission in medical colleges of Jharkhand then you should either get it through AIQ counselling or you should have valid domicile of Jharkhand which you don't have so AIQ counselling is the only way for you.
