See if your category is listed in the Central reservation list of OBC-NCL and the certificate is of same format as available in the information brochure of NEET UG( when it will get released) then the certificate would work but if not then it won't work for NEET UG 2022.

Till now NEET UG 2022 application process has not started but expected to start from the month of April 2022  so once the application process will commence then for your reference you can check out the Complete NEET UG Application process for simplified application submission :-

** Very first step is to visit the official website ntaneet.nic.in and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.

** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.

** Then on Next menu item you will have to upload some images such as your

• passport size photograph
• Signature
• Class 10th certificate
• category certificate
• Left-Hand Thumb impression
• postcard size photograph (4"*6")

** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.

** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.

In mop up round any candidate can register for counselling irrespective of the fact that he/she has participated in the previous rounds or not .

Mop round is conducted when the seats are vacant in the colleges. Regarding the upgradation process it is nothing but if you haven't retained your seat or you have retained then also you can choose to upgrade your seat in the mop round.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, yes you can certainly get admissions in other states N.L.U as is is a national level examination and as you are having central O.B.C certificate which is only required for applying colleges and universities under central government colleges.

Candidates falling under any 1 category can be considered as an NRI

1. NRIs include people of Indian origin (PIO), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), and their progeny.
2. NRI students are those who are the children of State or Central Government workers who are on deputation overseas.

3. Students must be of Indian descent and reside or study outside of India.

4. NRIs include Indian citizens' offspring who are working or studying in another country.
5. Candidates who were born outside of India but have Indian parents are classified as NRIs.

Because you completed your 11th and 12th grades in India, you would be considered a General Category candidate rather than an NRI. If you do want to be deemed an NRI, you must have a direct blood relationship with the sponsorer (Mother/Father/brother/sister/aunt/uncle)
