Dear Candidate,
Hi
If you are of the OBC category then you can get or have chances, But in general, you have merely no chance of getting the CSE branch. It is difficult to predict because cut off / closing rank for colleges keeps changing every year depending upon several factors like
number of aspirants who appeared in AP EAMCET( new name APEAPCET)
Toughness or difficulty level of Ap EAMCET examination
number of seats available for different branches
******** number of students from different categories i. e general/obc/sc/st etc
But yes,
When we go through the previous year's trend than as per 2019 cut-off available at

Hi aspirant,
You have not mentioned your Caste Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.
As cut-offs varies from year to year it is difficult to predict exactly. Cut-offs depends on many factors like
• Category to which the students belongs too, like OC, OBC, BC-A, BC-B, BC-C,BC-D,BC-E, SC, ST, OC-EWS etc.
• Number of students appeared in TS EAMCET Examination.
• Difficulty level of TS EAMCET Examination.
• Number of seats available through TS EAMCET Examination.
Based on previous year's Closing Ranks you have chances of getting seat in below mentioned Autonomous Colleges.
CMR College of Engineering, Telangana
Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Gandipet

Hi candidate,
I will give you a summary of the college so that you can decide whether it is good or not on your own. As you may know MLRD College has been ranked 48 for Engineering by Times 2020.
As per some reviews by students of MLRD the teaching staff is not good enough even though the course curriculum is updated however the average placement offered is around 3 lakh per annum and the highest is usually 6 lakh per annum. They have wi-fi facilities and the infrastructure is adequate with a good library. There is no medical facility in the campus.
This college is very good for placements. Many companies visit to hire students. The placements department manages placements and companies visiting. There is a separate placements block for conducting placements. Almost 90% of students are placed i8n our course.
