In MREC the only branch you can get is Civil engineering(most probable),for vbit too,you are only eligible for civil.For CMR,you can opt for mechanical,electrical,civil and ECE branch while looking at your NCC category,they don't give that much relaxation in cutoffs.

The fee for B.Tech in MALLA REDDY ENGINEERING COLLEGE - [MREC], HYDERABAD is about 78,000 rupees per year and the hostel fees is about 4,000 rupees per month. But the hostel has very poor maintenance from student's experiences.
