Both are the good colleges & have same rating. but if you are getting CSE in LPU then it is best option for you. You can check the reviews of both colleges with given below links.

Total fee for an academic year for Male candidate is
2,25,000/- and for female it is 1,45,000/- for B.Tech
(Marine Engineering).
